Name: Joshua ben Hananiah

Biography: A Tanna who lived at the time of the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 C.E., he was still living when the Emperor Hadrian came to Eretz Israel in 130. He was one of the five students of Rabbi Jonathan ben Zakkai. He was a Levite and a chorister in the Temple before its destruction.
